To Logon you must enter your User Name and
Access Code as follows:
1. User Name
Enter your User Name. This will either be the six digit number we sent you when you registered for Internet Banking or a unique name you have subsequently changed this to.
2. Access Code
Enter your Access Code. If this is the first time you have logged on this will be the temporary Access Code we have provided you with and you will be asked to choose a new code.
Forgotten Access Code
If you have forgotten your Access Code please contact Customer Services on 01228 403141*.
Account Blocking
If you continue to enter incorrect details, then your account access will be suspended.
* Opening Hours: 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm Saturday and 10.00am - 4.00pm Sunday. Excluding Bank Holidays
